Post-frame buildings, done turnkey
From the first load of dirt to the last screw, every part of the job is ours. Here's what we build and how we build it. Questions? Call or text 832-364-0807.
Shops & garages
Room for the trucks, the toys and the projects
A post-frame shop gives you a clear span with no interior posts, walls tall enough for a lift, and doors sized for what you actually drive. Leave it open or finish it out — insulation, wiring, a slab and a bathroom are all on the table.
Price a shop- Clear-span interiors, no posts in the way
- 10 to 16 ft sidewalls for lifts and tall doors
- Overhead, sliding and walk doors where you want them
- Insulation, liner panels and electrical ready
- Lean-tos and porches for covered parking
- Concrete slab and approach on the same quote
Ag barns & equipment storage
Cover for hay, cattle and the equipment that runs the place
Wide clear spans and tall sidewalls make post-frame the right fit for farm buildings. Open-sided hay sheds, enclosed equipment storage, cattle barns with working alleys — sized to the equipment you run today and the equipment you'll buy next.
Price a barn- Open-sided, partially enclosed or fully enclosed
- Lean-tos on one or both sides
- Sliding doors wide enough for combines and trailers
- Gravel floors or concrete, your call
- Ventilation and natural light options
- Sized around your equipment, not a catalog
Boat, RV & lake storage
Built for life on Grand Lake
Pontoons, wake boats, campers and side-by-sides take up room, and they're worth keeping out of the weather. We build tall-door storage buildings sized around what you own, with bays long enough for a trailer and a truck to pull straight through.
Price a storage building- 14 to 16 ft overhead doors for boats and RVs
- Long bays and drive-through layouts
- Concrete floors and wide aprons
- Storage lofts and workbench areas
- Multi-bay buildings for lake-house rentals
- Colors to match the house
Horse barns & arenas
Laid out for the way you work your horses
Center-aisle barns with stalls, tack and feed rooms, run-in sheds for pasture and covered arenas for riding year-round. Post-frame keeps the aisle open and the span wide, and the monitor-style roof gives you light and air without a lot of extra cost.

- Stall fronts, tack rooms and wash bays

- Run-in sheds and loafing sheds

Commercial & business buildings
Fast to put up, easy to finish, simple to expand
Warehouses, contractor shops, retail, offices, churches and storage facilities. Post-frame goes up faster than conventional steel or stick framing, finishes out cleanly, and leaves you room to add on when the business grows.

- Mini-storage and multi-unit layouts

Site & dirt work
A level pad and water that goes where it should
A building is only as good as what it sits on. We clear the site, cut and fill the pad, set the grade for drainage and build the drive or approach — so the structure goes up level and stays dry.
Ask about dirt work- Clearing and rough grading
- Building pads, cut and fill
- Drainage, swales and culverts
- Gravel driveways and approaches
- Finish grading around the building
- Pad-only jobs for other builders
Concrete
Footings, slabs and aprons poured to fit the building
We pour the concrete for our own buildings, so the slab, the posts and the doors all line up the way they were drawn. Reinforced slabs, thickened edges, piers where they're needed, and aprons out the doors so you aren't driving off a ledge.
Ask about concrete- Reinforced floor slabs
- Footings, piers and thickened edges
- Door aprons and approaches
- Sidewalks and porch slabs
- Vapor barrier and insulation options
- Concrete-only jobs for existing buildings
Structure erection
Already bought a building? We'll put it up right.
If you've got a building package from a supplier sitting on a trailer, we'll set it. Proper footings, square and plumb framing, and steel hung straight — on a schedule you can plan around. We'll also handle the pad and concrete if the package didn't come with them.
